Yes, ShoreFit is in network with Medicare and all major BCBS plans.
Do I need a prescription?
ShoreFit is in-network with Medicare and all major BCBS plans. These insurance carriers require that all clients have prescriptions within the first 30 days in order to cover physical therapy treatment.
What types of conditions do you treat?
At ShoreFit Training & Rehab, we treat a variety of conditions including Parkinson’s Disease, low back pain, neck and shoulder issues, post-surgical rehab (hips, knees, shoulders), balance and vestibular problems (including vertigo), and more. Our personalized approach ensures each treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs.
What makes your physical therapy different from other clinics?
We offer private and semi-private physical therapy sessions, which means we focus on one or two clients at a time. This allows us to provide more personalized care, adjust your treatment in real time, and help you recover faster compared to traditional clinics that see multiple patients simultaneously.
Do you offer in-home physical therapy?
Yes! We offer in-home physical therapy for clients who prefer to receive care in the comfort of their own home. This option is available for private sessions and is designed to provide the same high-quality, personalized care as our in-office treatments.
How do you treat Parkinson’s Disease?
We specialize in Parkinson’s Disease intervention using certified techniques like LSVT BIG and Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR!). These evidence-based programs focus on improving movement, balance, and coordination, helping to slow the progression of symptoms and improve quality of life.
How long will it take for me to recover?
Each client’s recovery time varies based on their specific condition and goals. However, due to our individualized, one-on-one care model, many clients experience faster recovery times. For example, you may recover in as little as 8 weeks, compared to the standard 12 weeks at other clinics.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling our office directly or filling out our online contact form. We’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule and ensure you receive the personalized care you deserve.
